2. General Conditions of Sale (GCS)


2.1. Products


The products offered for sale are those presented on www.it45calzature.com. Each pair is handcrafted in Italy. Minor variations may exist due to the manual nature of the manufacturing process.


2.2. Price


Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges. The applicable rate is the one indicated at the time of order validation.


2.3. Orders & Payment


Orders are placed via the website and are payable immediately via:

Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

Apple Pay, Google Pay

Shopify Payments

Bancontact


Payments are 100% secure through the Shopify platform.


2.4. Pre-orders & deadlines


IT45 is pre-ordered. Each pair is made to order and shipped 2-3 weeks before shipping.


2.5. Delivery


Delivery available to the following countries: Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain.

PostNL (Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Germany): 2 to 3 working days

DPD (France, Belgium): 3 to 5 working days


Fees and delivery times are indicated at the order stage. IT45 cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers.


2.6. Right of withdrawal


In accordance with European law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Returned products must be unworn, in their original condition, with their packaging intact.


Exchanges are not possible (each pair is made to order), but a refund is possible after validation of the return by our team.

Each return is handled individually. Please contact us at serviceclientit45@gmail.com to initiate the process. Return shipping costs may be charged to the customer depending on the circumstances.

4. Right of withdrawal – Standard form


In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

5. Conditions of use of the site


5.1. Access to the site


The website www.it45calzature.com is only accessible during specific periods determined by the publisher, in particular during drops.

This operation guarantees a controlled and exclusive browsing experience.


5.2. Intellectual property


All content on the site (texts, visuals, products, logo, etc.) is the exclusive property of IT45.

Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.


5.3. Fraudulent use


Any attempt to disrupt, exploit the site in an automated manner or misuse it is prohibited.


5.4. Limitation of liability


IT45 assumes no liability for technical errors, hosting issues, or third-party content.


6. Payment in installments with Alma – Return and refund conditions


IT45 Calzature offers its customers the possibility of paying for their order in several installments without charge thanks to our secure payment partner Alma.


6.1 How payment in installments works


Payment in installments is available for certain orders starting from a defined threshold. This service is entirely managed by Alma, and subject to their acceptance. By choosing this payment method, the customer also accepts Alma's general terms and conditions of use, available here: https://getalma.eu/legal/terms .

When payment in installments is selected:

The customer is automatically debited at regular intervals, according to the schedule displayed at the time of purchase (2, 3 or 4 times without charge).

IT45 Calzature receives the full amount upon validation of the order, less the service commission charged by Alma.


6.2 Right of withdrawal and product return


In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties.


In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal on an item paid for in installments via Alma:

The customer must return the product(s) concerned, at his/her own expense, in their original condition and in suitable packaging.

Once the return has been validated (product intact, unworn, in its original condition), IT45 Calzature proceeds to cancel the payment plan with Alma.

Alma will automatically reimburse the customer for any installments already paid, and cancel any remaining due installments.


In the event of a partial return, only the amount of the returned items will be refunded. The service fee charged by Alma may not be refunded in this case.

6.3 Reimbursement terms and deadlines


Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used when placing the order. No refunds will be issued using any other payment method.

The refund will be initiated within a maximum of 14 days from receipt and validation of the return by IT45 Calzature.

The customer will be notified by email that their return has been validated and the refund process has been initiated.

6.4 Liability


IT45 Calzature cannot be held responsible for any delays or technical problems related to the processing of refunds by Alma. For any questions regarding the operation of split payment, the customer is invited to consult the contractual documents available directly on the Alma website ( https://getalma.eu ) or to contact them.
