1. Why do you operate by pre-order?


The choice of pre-ordering is fully in line with IT45's DNA.

Each pair being an exceptional piece, handcrafted, it requires time, precision and particular attention at each stage.

By avoiding mass production, we maintain complete control over quality, finish, and the pace of creation. This allows us to produce only what will be worn—with respect, accuracy, and sustainability in mind.




2. How are your shoes made?


Each IT45 pair is entirely handmade in Italy, in our workshops located in Naples.

We work with highly skilled artisans who perpetuate the tradition of Italian handcraft with rigor and passion. Every touch is precise, every finish mastered—for pieces that have soul as much as allure.




3. What is the delivery time after ordering?


Each IT45 pair is made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for handcrafted production.

Once received in our warehouses, delivery is ensured by:

PostNL for Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain (2 to 3 working days)

DPD for France and Belgium (3 to 5 working days)


We keep you informed every step of the way, right up to final delivery.




4. How do I track my order?


Simply go to the “Order Tracking” section at the bottom of the page.

There you will find your personalized tracking link as well as transport information.

You will also receive an automatic email as soon as your package is shipped.




5. Do you ship internationally?


We deliver to several neighboring countries: France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Each carrier has been selected for its reliability to ensure careful and secure delivery.




6. How do I care for my IT45 shoes?


For suede, never use water: use a dedicated soft brush.

For white soles, a light cleaning with water using a medium-hard bristle brush, followed by a gentle wipe, is sufficient.

Never put your shoes in the washing machine.


Each customer also benefits from a free cleaning service, valid only once.

7. Can I exchange a pair if the size doesn't fit?


As our pieces are made to order, each pair is designed for its buyer and cannot be exchanged.

However, a refund is possible after return, according to the conditions indicated.




8. Do you offer returns?


Yes.

For any request, simply contact our customer service.

Each return is handled individually, with the same attention paid to the making of our pieces.




9. How long do I have to return my package?


In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return it.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its original packaging carefully preserved.
