HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE?

• If you always wear the same size (male/female) in most of your shoes, choose your usual size, our shoes are true to universal size.

MADE TO ORDER

Each IT45 pair is made to order in our workshops in Naples.

Allow 3 to 4 weeks for handcrafted, uncompromising production with weekly follow-up emails.

CAREFUL AND TRACKED DELIVERY

Once your pair is ready and received by us, it will be carefully shipped to you within 1 to 2 working days maximum via the sender of your choice. (home/relay point)

You will receive a tracking link as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

SIMPLIFIED RETURNS

Each IT45 pair is made to order, as part of a pre-order.

As such, exchanges are not possible, but a refund is possible without any problem if the pair does not suit you.

You have 14 days after receipt to make a return.

The product must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging, carefully preserved.

In the absence of an error on our part, return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

The refund is full, upon validation of the return by our team.

HOW TO PROCEED?

1. Contact us

Send an email to serviceclient@it45calzature.com specifying your name, order number and the reason for the return .

2. Prepare your package

Place the pair back in its original box, with all original packaging materials and no signs of use.

3. Ship

Once your return has been validated, we will send you the instructions.

After receipt and verification, your refund will be made within a few business days.
